So we all got sick in the house, I mean ALL! ‘cept the turtle, dog and cats. I was the last one on the list and thankfully, I haven’t had anything worse than a stuffy nose, but Ryan’s still battling his cough. To be on the safe side, we decided to delay the trip for a week until we all felt better. One, because we didn’t wanna get our family in Oregon sick, and two because this upcoming week is supposed to rain in Oregon and we didn’t wanna get any worse. The plan was to take off May 2nd and spend the weekend in Portland with family and start our bike trip Monday bright and early. Now, we’ve moved the trip up one week, so we’re taking off next weekend, on the 9th. Let’s hope it all works out. Keep your fingers crossed so we don’t get held up anymore.
