Loneliness

Yesterday’s assignment was to photograph a family member of friend and the objective was to represent loneliness with the use of shadows, light, and emotion through body language. I think by far, this was the most challenging assignment yet. I found yesterday out the assignment was due yesterday, so I quickly began sketching and writing down ideas. Finally, Ryan modeled for me and we took a walk to the park, took a few pictures there, and then waited for darkness to take a few pictures at a parking lot nearby — same place we took the moon eclipse pictures. It as actually pretty fun, even he admitted it ;)

Here are some of my favorites, and the one I submitted is the last one. I’ll find out soon what my teacher says. I’m not too confident but we’ll see.

Thanks for reading ;)

I like them all. However, they don’t all look lonely but could be. I really like the last one. I think the 1st one is good too for loneliness. You’ll get a good grade.
