This was extremely simple and a very satisfying snack, for lunch. I had made the hummus the night before, so it was ready to go. The guacamole was simple too.
INGREDIENTS:
Crackers – I used Aunt Gussie’s cracker flats. Made with pelt and ancient grains, the fresh onions & seeds kind.
Guacamole
Raw Hummus
Raw Sunflower seeds
HUMMUS – Get the raw recipe here. This is good cause the garbanzo beans are not cooked, so they are still pretty full of all the good stuff. The ones in the cans have been overcooked and are pretty much….dead. I also added a little bit of turmeric to the hummus, that’s why it looks yellow.
GUACAMOLE
Mash 2 Avocados
1 lime or lemon (depending on how acidic you want it, I like it pretty lemoney)
2 Cloves of Garlic minced
1/2 Tomato chopped
A pinch of Cumin
Pepper
Himalayan Pink Salt
